  2. Thank-you so very much, your video is exactly what I needed. In the 3rd exercise, should I be breathing out through my mouth? I am a brand-new beginner, learning to breathe, and am wondering when I should breath out through my nose vs my mouth.

  11. Hi Lauren , this was so good. Been sick (cold and cough ) for a few days and just did these breathing techniques before going to bed ,felt so great. new found love for Yoga . Thank You
