I start doing 16:8 fasting a week ago after years of thinking its bullshit and at first I was like" this is fucking horrible" but then after a few days I was absolutely amazed at how much energy I had considering I was doing a night shift and I would normally be hammering caffeine to keep me awake once I started fasting I didn't need it to keep awake and keep going and on another note normally I would be an angry person and now I'm calm as a cucumber which is kinder freaking me out in a good way

  16. a 6:18 "intermittent fast" is really just skipping breakfast and no evening munchies….liver glycogen is used up in 10-12 hrs so if you stop eating 6pm you are out of glycogen by 6am and burning fat from 6am to lunchtime….how easy is that?

  19. Great presentation. I just finished my first 38 hr fast this morning. I was going to fast until lunchtime but I felt horrible and my blood glucose was low (3.3mmo/L or 59mg) so I ended it. Hopefully it will get easier next time.

    I'll try to do the 8 hour window IF as much as I can although it won't be easy with my current work schedule.
