  8. yeah, I followed Cory's advice last year and lost 10kg and got down to 8.8% bf at 95kg and 6"5 doing a 4 hour eating window for a couple of months.. Been doing 8 hour eating window for the last 6 months, but still around 10bf.. Cory is the man!

    Thanks from the bottom of my heart for taking your time to help me out! I'll definitely record another video response in continuation to what you've discussed here. Just to let you know, since my video response to you, I've fasted twice for 36 hours and it made me feel great! The amount of energy that I got from it was unbelievable and my joint inflammation issues are vanishing. Needless to say, I'll be following your footsteps on how you do 36 hour intermittent fasting! I'm on it!

    I don't see how anyone could do more than three a week. That's the most I could ever do. Like if I start one on Sunday night, Tuesday night, and Thursday night. That'd be three in one week, and I do this sometimes. It depends what day of the week I start it on. The amount of muscle you lose depends on how much you eat when not fasting, how little cardio you do, and how much weight training you do.

    Yes, but not as much as before, but that's only really because I wasn't a fat-burner for a few months. Once I get into the fasting a lot, I get a taste for fat back, and then I go for the bacon and dark chocolate. It's hard to record shopping videos because I don't want to bug other shoppers or get caught by management.

This is so off topic and I apologize, but after seeing two video's one thing that distracts me incredibly is that your eyes are covered.  You're wearing shades.  There is a slight disconnect and it's because I can not see your eyes. Despite this distraction I found the two that I saw incredibly informative and helpful!
