  1. thank you for that video. But i have lost my important 20 minutes of time. I found out some general definition, and got nothing about technique itself. This video is not "Complete introduction" . Best.

  2. Hello Dear people of TM, I have tried TM for a week and I am a little confused about one thing: in this video Mr Bob Roth states that TM is a a form of 'unfocused meditation', but here is my question: if you keep repeating a mantra over and over again, isn't your attention focused on the mantra and therefore you are focussing your attention of something other than something else? So what's the news then please?

  3. Buzzfeed

  4. Maybe he's born with it. Maybe it's Maybelline.

  5. What a waist of time…   He just goes on and on saying how amazing it is and at the end he doesn't explain how to do it.

  6. thank you

  7. HI. Now iam living in vietnam, i am so interested with this technique of meditation so i would like to learn this technique. how could i learn this, may you help me?

  8. the bottom still flows..it doesn't stay still

  9. So has anyone learned tm and can voice his/her opinion on whether the ridiculous price is justified or not?

  10. Thanks ,very helpful!

  11. Cool… can't wait to view more, namaste!!

  12. I'm only 19. Don't think I can afford to meditate lol.

  13. Your brain is like a computer.

Flip on too much software it strains and overheats. You can even develop new software for it; all it needs is the proper set of instructions.

  14. Great information. In my humble opinion like anything else TM can be self-taught.

  15. Chopra talks about advanced TM technique and I can't quit understand him. Does he say TM Seti technique, TM sitting technique, or what?

  16. I took TM in 80's in Washington, DC. It saved my life and worth every penny I paid. I have used it throughout my life and it led me to live an awesome life beyond anything I could have thought before beginning TM! Still love it and am thankful for it being a part of my life.

  17. very very interesting but why does the video show a clear example of editing at approx 14;24. The video does a small jump as to suggest something has been taken out of the video?

  18. Thank you for this introduction. I have a couple of questions. Would appreciate it if you could clarify them. First, what if I can't keep my eyes closed? Will it still work? My face muscles get very tense when I forcefully keep my eyes closed. That leads to tension headaches. And the second one: How does a teacher/guru knows what mantra is appropriate for me? Does he/she intuitively picks one for me after a conversation? Are they all psychic? Can I still use a different mantra from the one chosen for me? I am extra wary of pronouncing anything I can't understand. Words are sounds, sounds are effectively little mathematical programs. How can I blindly program myself with something I don't understand? I fear I might have a resistance to that. Thank you.

  19. Thanks Bob Roth, now I'm gonna watch some Bob Ross
