  16. I don't know if you're vain or just retarded. I clicked to get facts and info. on the dangers of intermittent fasting and instead I got easy girls and some fat gu who lost 10 pounds from his bell;y to his ass. Seriously, stop doing this.

  17. I did intermittent fasting for 18 months I lost weight but it was a whole lot of muscle and wasn't able to get properly lean. The only thing that worked for me to get lean was doing 30 minuets of medium intensity cardio in the morning before food, training for 60-90 minuets with weights five times per week and eating steadily throughout the day. Generally 3-4 square meals plus snacks, working out at 4500-5000cal.
