  2. awesome video!! you really seem to know your stuff. I'm in the process of wanting to incorporate exercise and meditation/yoga type practices into my daily life but I don't know where to start or what would be the best route to take, practices to follow, all of that. Do you have any recommendations on where to start? This video definitely helped convince me I want to learn more, but obviously it's not the only technique that can be used.

  5. I started off hardcore. All 48 pumps about 5 or 6 times in a row and then during my finale exhale I started shaking vigorously. Craziness 

  6. Hello, I have a question about counting the 16 repetitions of Waheguru for SCK. After I block my right nostril with my right thumb (fingers pointing up) and breathe in air through my left nostril, can I take my right thumb off my nose during the breath retention phase and put in right hand on my leg and count the Wahegurus with my right fingers. I don't move my left hand at all – it is kept in gyan mudra. Please advise. Thank you.

  7. Is it really important to block one nostril when inhaling and block the other for exhaling? I have a physical disability and I'm having a lot of trouble doing that. So if I do the exercise, but inhale with both nostrils and exhale with both, will it still have the same effect?

  16. Dear Anmol thank you very much for your clear and complete instructions I have decided to begin the 40 day practice. Could you just clarify whether one always breathes in through the right nostril and out of the left or do you alternate the nostrils as one would in ordinary alternate nostril breathing. Thank you. Great work.
