  8. So IF means we are fasting for about 16, 18, or 20 hrs and we have 8, 6, or 4 hrs eating window? Then, when is the best time to do workout (weight lifting) ?

  14. Had some trouble trying to follow what you're saying So you say that fasting does all the wonderful things.. building muscle even if you do not eat? Where does your body get the raw materials from to build muscle while you fast can you explain?

    On YT bodybuilders like to fast for only 16 hours it seems. Fasting however can be done multiple days if you're up to it. I can do it for two days. second day I drink only water. How would a 24 hour fast or even longer impact muscle building do you know?

  16. The fasted state is not an on off switch. But if you're still concerned, a good rule of thumb is to keep calories in the fasting window to less than 30. In other words: enjoy your creamer and stevia

It made it easier for Melody to burn her stomach fat. I will probably give it a shot. Perhaps it will work for you too…

Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I must have tried every single weight loss system that was available, however in the end not one of them helped me to reduce and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Fenoboci Diet Plan simply because my friend who told me extraordinary things about it and so far to date I've effectively dropped 15 lbs within 3 weeks!

  20. 6 AM to 1 PM is only 7 hours… how is that 12-16 hours? Do you mean that it counts sleep time? so i can wake up after 8-10 hours of sleep wake up at 8 skip breakfast then eat all day till 10 pm?? I'm confused…
