  1. Thanks for great post

  2. I eat oats & protein shake & lotsa fluids for Sahur. I train moderately for 30 mins 1 or 2 hours prior to breaking fast in the evening. Breakfast/ post workout with protein shake & creatine. And white rice with protein meats. Fasting month good for maintenance or weight loss. Keep doin dis for a month, sure will drop weight. Avoid junks & sweet drinks. Remember when hungry during fasting, its actually growth hormone acting & burning fats. GH will avoid U into catabolic. Gh up, insulin down… Great month of Ramadhan to lose weight. Thanx bro…

  3. Thank you for this video it is very informative, God bless you. I am fasting but find myself very tired mid-day. I am not diabetic but was told I was borderline last year. For my morning meal I am having porridge, egg, 1 piece of bread, and 2 dates. When I open my fast I have 2 dates and a glass of water. For my dinner I have one protein, greens and one carb (usually pasta/rice). Do you think I should eliminate the carbs or if I do the workout as you say and do 2 meals instead of the 1 dinner will that help relieve me from feeling so tired?

  4. Hey! I eat a high carb low fat diet and I was wondering do starches with some greens in the morning and after breaking my fast sound good?

  5. thanks bro
