  2. u say is ridiculous to start off with 20 hours from the start but u don't say why. In all honesty nothing will freaking happen to you u if you go for it that's actually whats ridiculous if u want to try it for 20 from the start do it is not weight lifting is just not eating. not that serious people

  3. is about helping your liver not just losing weight. drink clear liquids with no sugar. I go simple and just drink lemon water and FRESH herb teas. look up Traditional Chinese medicine for your particular needs

  5. im gon try IF. but if i fast for 16hrs and my eating window is around 8hrs, between 10am-6pm. i usually train in the morning around 6.30am to 8pm my question is IF I USE MY PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT(ICE WHEY) FOR POST WORKOUT AFTER MY WORKOUT DURING THAT 30min 8am to 8.30am that does still count as fasting since im consuming calories before my eating window????????????????????????? help

  8. I didn't realize eating this way had a name. I have always felt better on days of eating later, only a couple meals and then to bed early. The only thing I'll need to add is extra water. Thanks for the video on Intermittent Fasting! BTW have you already given away the Beastie? I use a tennis ball for my back but that looks way better. Been going through a lot of tennis balls
    ..lol. I roll around on my shoulders and back.

  18. I do intermittent fasting and I worked out in the morning and fast till 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock P.m. Fasting for 18 to 20 hours every day but during my workout in the morning should I take a protein shake after my workout but does The proteins shake considered a meal and if it is Is it breaking your fast?????
