  12. hey yall i read a lot comments about how one cant clear/control there mind… that's  very common .. the  more ya do it the better it feels… there is no right or wrong way to meditate…. clear a space were sent and sound is soothing to ya… candles help for me its more about my music that really sends me into the zone… if u have pets might wanna put them in diff room put phone on silent basically clearing distractions around ya ….enjoy it ….do what comes/feels natural to ya =)

  13. I have the most unclearable mind in the universe… I've done something wrong and now my mom and dad's mad at me… I have a real real BIG problem and I can't relax even for 1 second.

  18. wow did anyone else feel as if they couldnt move? I was so relaxed that I didnt want to move a muscle for a full half hour and my breathing was vurtualy not there, I felt like I was in my own world. that was amazing and I shall do it every day!
