  6. Hey Greg, for a 6'0 guy (26 years) like me who started his cut at 200 lbs and ~3000ish calories, I'm down to 186 lbs and 2400 calories now, after 9 weeks of cutting.
    What's the lowest amount I could safely decrease my calories to, without having to worry too much about losing muscle etc?
    When comes the point where I have to start thinking about using strategies like going back to maintenance for a while, "boosting" up my metabolism again?
    I'd like to get to 10% body fat or less, got some more pounds to lose.

  13. IF works for me when I eat breakfast and lunch but skip dinner. I will stop at eating at 4pm or so. At about 10 pm when I go to sleep I am starving so I will eat a small piece of fruit and chase it with glass of water for fullness. I still wake up in the morning with the lean benefits and weight loss.

  17. Reading these comments im convinced people are absolutely retarded. He really preaches to his clients to stay in a fasted state at all times? so tell me then where is your energy coming from for sustained and focused workouts? Where are the calories coming from to repair and build your muscles after PROPERLY breaking them down? I mean wake the fuck up and understand that staying in a caloric deficit will do nothing but make you shrink. Sure youll lose fat, but over an extended period of time your muscle will suffer IMMENSELY.

    i am 1.82 92 kg i have fat not so much but still i have fat i go to gym 6 times per week i started IF for 3 days i fast 16 hours and eat for 8 hours i eat 2000 calories healthy foods is that ok?? will this help me loose fat?? any other tips?? thanks
