  5. Anytime I have trouble sleeping or a lot on my mind I come here & I'm sleep after 3 minutes. Thank you for such a relaxing vidro for body and mind.

  12. This was so beautiful once I got used to the voice. I felt tears behind my eyes as I realise and recognise the relapse I find myself in, but now I know that I can get through. I am never alone and I matter immensely. This is something I never believe I would be writing today following my severe anxiety and anorexic relapsing.
    Give this a go. Keep fighting for yourself. I am so proud of you for seeking help! Xx

  13. This was a very healing experience. I cried a lot and realized how much fear is controlling my every move/life.Even though I really hate crying but I needed to so bad. It felt like I was drowning at first with all the tears but I slowly felt better and lighter as I finished the video. I haven't felt like that in forever. I really want to change the way I am dealing my emotions now especially fear.

  17. Anxiety beautifully pronounced. Calming voice and soothing music. We should learn to focus and listen, not judging or criticising. 

  18. Thanks. This helped calm my nerves after having a big Anxiety attack that has been affecting my eating even. I will keep using this to release stress!
