Hi Annie, every other knowledgeable source recommends drinking your green juices within 15 minutes after juicing because the oxidation of the vitamins and minerals diminishes the nutritional impact. The vitamin C in lemons would deteriorate as well, so I would really not tell your followers they can store their juice. Also, for someone who consumes meat and dairy, it might be a lot more beneficial to start with green smoothies for at least a month before doing juices only. The fresh load of nutrients will cause organs and other tissue to push toxins out and into the colon for elimination. The toxins need fiber to bind to and to be able to leave the body. Without fiber they will get re-absorbed into the bloodstream. Better start with smoothies!! Thanks for the video. :)

  12. I could not agree with you more any with regard to fasting. I know so many people recommend it, but it's always seemed extremely counter-intuitive to me. If we need to reup on our nutrients on a daily basis to skip an entire day or more does not seem smart to me. Like I say I've read a lot about it but to me I have to go with what feels right and what seems smart to me and what fits for my body. I got as far as a half a day and I just knew it was not the right thing to do so fasting for me at this point in time is a no go. You make sense. Your delivery is very very warm and sane unlike some on YouTube. I believe they know who they are, lol. Thank you.
