  1. Yes, artificial sweeteners will stimulate insulin receptors

  2. Once I get my adrenal glands working properly again I will definitely give this a try!

  3. True, but that's the least of your worries with something like nutrasweet. Worry about the chemicals in these things, not whether it interrupts your IF.

  4. does stevia stimulate insulin receptors too?

  5. Not aware of any studies that address this good question. However it is our belief that it does not

  6. Love it, thanks a lot ;D

  7. Thanks for the video. I fast 2 days per week. I've lost 9 pounds in the last 4 weeks.

  8. the first meal of the day brakes the fast no matter what time you eat it. Therefore, literally speaking, it's impossible to skip breakfast.

  9. I like Mercola..cool dude. Smart guy

  10. I thought Coconut oil was a medium chain fatty acid and the best thing to pop corn with.

  11. Excellent video, everything he said there I can relate to in my own life, doing many of those very things, it all has to do with willpower and not becoming obsessed constantly thinking about food focus your thoughts somewhere else.

  12. Really Good video…!

  13. Yes, this fasting definitely works, been fasting one day a week (24Hrs) for several months now and although now 60 years of age I have never felt so fit.

  14. Dr. Mercola is the man – His health tips are right on point. No fruits for me though, doing keto.

  15. Pure respect for the man nothing else, thanks very much for speaking up the real truth. I kind of tired of all the people talking about modern day nutrition, where coca cola is accepted as form of hydration and pizza has become a vegetable.. lol where the world is going I'm wondering.

The good thing about the internet is that world governments can't sensor it! And we already have tons of smart people speaking up the truth. Big thanks Dr. Mercola

  16. Fasting is something that was practiced extensively in ancient times and we're now discovering the health benefits of it.

I love intermittent fasting because it regulates my body and helps me to not feel over indulgent like when I used to stuff food in my face within the first minutes of waking up, thus feeling bloated and weighted down for a majority of my mornings. By listening to my body I've been happier and healthier. I've been skipping breakfast for years and for a while I didn't even realize I was actually doing intermittent fasting. I wasn't even familiar with the terminology. Upon researching healthy habits I came across IF and realized now that I have been doing the right thing all along. Try it guys!

  19. I used to eat this way when I was young naturally just because I used to never feel like eating in the morning. Then a friend of mine convinced me that I was "doing it all wrong" and needed to feed myself every 3 hours with the proper macronutrient proportions. So it turns out I wasn't "eating the wrong way" before and never needed to change!! Ughh I'm never listening to "science" or "fitness people" again and just going to eat how I feel like it. Back to "intermittent fasting" :-)
