    hey Adriene i love you. i think that voiceover like that would be better than you posing + talking (sometimes too much) at the same time & make the counting for 2 sides unbalanced, or distracts people from keeping the pose because they are like ''uh whataya say?'' and head up, while they are supposed to keep the pose.
    nice job, though!

  10. Adriene, I just wanted to drop in after doing that amazing video and say that you are incredible. I started with your 30 day challenge and have been doing yoga ever since. Yoga has changed my life in the best way possible. Thank you for being you and doing what you do!

  12. This video was amazing. Me and my wife did it together and it was hard enough, but not to difficult. It was just long enough for us, being beginners, to be able to finish with some difficulty. My back feels a lot better already. I have to keep doing this. The one exercise, I think it was called Texas tea, was really great for my back. Thanks so much for the video.

  17. I much prefer the videos in which you are talking during the recording, the voice over timing isn't great and it doesn't feel as involved like an instructor actually in class with you.

  19. Great detox yoga. Any suggestions/tips for someone who's not able to do the seated squat at 15:50? Any exercises to increase the flexibility to help work towards having flat feet in the seated pose?

    My only problem with this video is that the volume of the practice itself is too low and that it ends so abruptly.
