  1. This is very helpful. Thank you sir.

  2. I wish this video was longer because of how much better I feel but I will keep replaying. I had a nocturnal panic attack and I've been trying to recover for almost an hour. I read some Bible verses and then I think the Lord led me to your video. This just helped calm me down so much. I wish the video was longer, your voice helped soothe me along w/ the exercise. This is invaluable, thank you so much.

  3. THANK YOU for posting this.

Thank David. Thank you so much. May God bless you.

  6. I have been looking into stomach breathing for a year or so and I really don't get what's wrong with me when I do it. I can get a much deeper breath when I lift my chest. I can breathe in with my chest much longer than I can with my belly. Even when I force myself to only use my belly it eventually feels like I'm suffocating after a minute and I can't take it so I take a deep chest breath and it feels like such a relief… I can only get a satisfying breath by using my chest :( It's like there's not any room for air in my stomach. And it actually kind of hurts when I try to force more air in there. I constantly have slight numbness and tingling, pale skin/blue lips, and slightly blurry vision 24/7. I feel like I'm dying and I feel like it's due to an error in my breathing.

wow, i had to learn how to breathe when i got panic attacks  i learned how to yawn. I panic more when i can't breathe normally & get scared and i get dizzy because of it. It's really scary, but this helped a lot for me!

  8. It helped a lot, thank you. I had this feeling of squeeze in my chest all day long from anxiety and after I tried you exercise, yawned a little but the sensation disappeared.

  9. Thanks for the video, its really helped me with my breathing.

This is fantastic, well timed, humble and really practical, great material. Thank you. I hope your website gets more attention.

  11. Thank you David Carbonell, this breathing technique really helped me with my panic attack tonight. I've been having them going on 3 years now due to stress and anxiety and I almost always feel like I’m not getting enough air (and sometimes I feel like I'm dying) and thus I panic more, which makes it worse. It took me about 10-15 minutes through this breathing technique, but I feel much better. :)

  12. Thank you.

  13. I'm starting to get the hang of it!
