    Hi there

    Did you measure bodyfat % age before and after as with total fasting 50% of your bodyweight loss of 5lb could me muscle.

    Would psmf with 150grams of pure protein not be a better diet for 7 days as this much protein should maintain
    nitrogen balance.

  11. Thanks, I'm on the 3rd day of my fast. When I'm not fasting, I only ingest about 600 calories a day and burn roughly 750-900 a day, but I wasn't losing any weight. I'm going to do this for a week and see where it leads me.

  18. I'm going to try this. I am actually overweight and have lost 100lbs. my trainer has her foot in my ass to lose numbers this week since I am working out 3 days with a trainer and 3 by myself. I only have 3 days to fast. :( before she weighs me again.

  19. Are you sure its all body fat weight you lost? What about muscle loss?
