  2. I personally really love these videos. Insomnia is a bitch, especially when the medicine you take for it doesn't work most of the time. These meditations help me relax and ease/clear my mind and make it easy to go to and stay asleep. Thank you so much!

    Some one has put an advert just as whole body is relaxed?! This is a shame as this is a good meditation BUT the advert snaps you out of meditation :(

  13. Years ago I heard something like this but the person made a story about it. I was in a bubble watching deer then floated away and just went to many places and I was so relaxed I cried because I haven't felt that way since I was a kid. Now I stay up days at a time and these videos help for a little while. I'm hoping one will stick.
