  1. very interesting. Thanks.

  2. Nutritionists and Doctors I know personally all agree lightly grazing all day is better for you than eating everything you need in a short time.

  3. +Jordan Winkler (a.k.a. FX Hummel) Unrelated, but I have noticed that you finally aren't wearing the wrist brace.  Have you finally healed up?

  4. I'm interested in hearing more about this. Do you do this like a couple days a week, or everyday, or what?

  5. Do you cycle on and off the fasting or do you do this all the time?

  6. H&Ks until the end of days!

Do you eat this way every day? every other day?     Just a couple days ago I tried to fast for the day but I ended up eating dinner, and then a little more dinner! I didn't know that's what intermittent fasting is

  7. Do marshmallows fall under the "don't put anything that you light on fire in your mouth" rule?

    Good info.

  8. Please clarify if this is everyday or only X number of days a week.

  9. And POUND…… POUND…………. POUND LOT'S OF WATER! (especially if your looking to detox Fast & lose weight)

  10. You recommended coffee and nicotine to help with the fast. Would energy drinks like Monster hurt or help when fasting? Thanks.

  11. So this is better for weight loss than eating a bunch of tiny meals throughout the day?  As in, I once heard that eating a lot of small meals keeps your metabolism up and helps promote weight loss.  This intermittent fasting is basically completely opposite of what I have been told and is better for weight loss?

  12. H&Ks until the end of days!

Would it not be healthier to make breakfast your meal instead of dinner? I thought it was bad to eat and then sleep?

  13. its true Stephen king said he had a hard time writing after quitting smoking

I'm assuming if you work night shift, like myself. Do this system completely backwards and it would have the same affect? Thanks dude.

  15. This may have already been asked but my index finger is currently out of commission to scroll down due to a rogue door. Anyways, when is it better to workout when doing the fasting? I usually try to get mine in before work but I find my flexibility and amount of weight I can move is less then when I was working out after work. I don't try and out lift anyone I just like to challenge myself. I feel like it prepares me better for my day in the morning and I feel like I slack if I do it after work. What should I do while fasting if I decide to go that route?

  16. Hey Jordan,

The world seems to revolve around a 1st shift scheduled. I myself work 3rd shift. 9pm-7am. My lunch is at 4am in the morning, that is usually my bigger meal of the day, i have a small meal sometime during the day when i wake up. Around 5 or 6 pm. So am i supposed to just turn the metaphorical clock to better fit my lifestyle. Like my fast would begin when i go to sleep at 9am. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!
Also what amount of time would someone want to start a fast. You mentioned in the video about a 12hr fast. Is that a good starting point then move to say 16hr?
                  Thanks in advanced,
                                      Doug

  17. This video helped me a lot, thank you.

Not realy for IF, I did it in the past, but when you talked about nicotine it was an eye-opener for me. I did researches on that since your video and now a 2mg nicorette is my go-to stim and it works so well it ain't even funny. It gives clean energy, mental focus and everything. I occasionnaly smoke cigars and never understood why I was so pumped up when I did (like going strong partying untill 4 AM when I would have gone back home otherwise).

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

  18. I've been fasting for 20 hours with 4 hour eating window for 1 month now. I feel great and also lost 30lbs. Yes, 30lbs in one month. I even drink beer during my window on the weekends. I'm 5'5 and went from 181lbs down to 151lbs. I like this lifestyle change. I feel great.

  19. Is this something you are supposed to do as a daily lifestyle or how many days a week?
