    My massage therapist mentioned this technique. I feel I need more air though. I did a modified hold part. Basically broke down the 7 seconds to get more air.

  6. What is he saying when he talks about "train wittle to be calmer"? He says it twice in the video and i don't know what he means by wittle. This is driving me nuts!
