Ok I used to fast 16 hours everyday a couple of years ago I just started my 48 hour water fast last night and I'm going to brake it tomorrow night or Sunday morning I should say is ok for me as a raw vegan in training too fast 48 hours a week can I do nothing but strictly purify water every Friday and Saturday sometime Sunday, I want isthats ok for my health

  3. I IF for 10 days not eating after 2pm and then resuming at 7am…my window of eating being 7am-2pm..by day 10 I felt super bad…I've been a RAW Vegan for a year…so I am starting this again…maybe eating until a but later like 6pm..then resuming around 10am after my morning workout…

  4. so what are your benefits?  I didn't hear you say them and I don't see them in a different video..also..you are exercising  right?  what does the training look like?  I weight train, cross fit and do cardio 6 day/week and resting 1 day…
