  1. Does anyone else ever meditate, come out of your trance, look at the timer, and freak out because it felt as though it was only 5 minutes, but really 30 minutes passed? It happens to me all the time. One time I meditated for a straight hour and nearly cried when I came out of my trance because I could've sworn it had only been 10 minutes at the most. It tripped me out so bad.

  6. Beautiful.It spoke to me. I had an experience where I heart was formed by a single flame, and it split in two, and became liquid. The liquid soon became thousands of petals that fell onto a large lake. One of the ripples in the lake took me under water and into a small air bubble. In the air bubble, I felt temporarily free from everything. I was in a state of bliss. Thank you for this amazing experience.
