So this is my first time with this guided meditation and I haven't done many others, but before you even said to rise up out of the water, while deep down, I was already aware that I was going to rise up and hover above the lagoon with a fully replenished dantian then slowly turn to the side and descend back onto where the path comes out of the forest, and then when you take us to the surface, that's exactly what you told us to do….

    Thank you so much! I was terribly blocked. Enough that I have been unable to communicate or function well in a group setting. I needed some help and did your meditation last night and woke up feeling great and so much more able with all of life today! I no longer feel restrained.

  9. I tried it but I don't think it worked. I'm just starting to meditate and this is one of my first meditations. All I saw was darkness and green swirls. Am I doing something wrong?

  13. I loved this guided meditation. I think my mind forgot that I don't know how to swim (this will change soon), so as soon as I dove into the lagoon, I started coughing. Lol I'll try again!

  15. I have done your meditation several time and have always been able to visualize it all, Today I was on the path and saw the flowers opening, then everything went blank, I can see nothing. I stopped and tried again but there is nothing. What does this mean?

    I had a hard time concentrating and felt "heavy" & crampy in my arms and a bit nauseous, dizzy at the end. I'm wondering what I did wrong and what that means. Thank you!
